I'm Ben — the person behind Eat Ancestral.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise) and I've spent over a decade in this field — first as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, now as a nutrition and health strategist.
I study what actually makes humans healthy — not what food and pharma companies want you to believe.
I'm not here to diagnose or treat. I'm here to educate and strategise — to help you understand what your body actually needs, and give you a proven framework to provide it.
For some clients, that's a single engagement. For others, I become a long-term advisor — someone they check in with regularly, or call when something shifts. This is where that relationship starts.

What happens on the calls?
The first session (60 minutes) is where we assess your nutrition, lifestyle, and goals. I'll gather what I need to build your protocol. The second session (30 minutes) is where we walk through your recommendations and make sure you're set up to move forward.
I'm already eating paleo/ancestral — do I still need this?
Probably. Most people eating this way are doing a good job with food quality but missing key pieces — whether it's specific nutrient gaps, environmental factors, or how to personalise the approach to their individual biology. This session helps you fine-tune.
Is this just a diet plan?
No. We look at the whole picture — food quality, water, air quality, movement, sleep, stress, and environmental exposures. Nutrition is central, but it's not the only lever.
Do you work with people outside Brisbane?
Yes. Most consultations happen via video call. The approach works regardless of location.
What if I want ongoing support?
