HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU

Fix your foundations. Perform at your best.

🔥 Gassing out during rounds?
Conditioning is treated as a cardio-only problem. But it’s largely a nutritional one. If you're not properly fuelled it won’t matter how much Zone 2 you’re doing.

💧 Dehydrated?
We live in a hot, humid climate. Hydration is not just about water. We need specific minerals to be properly hydrated, and most of us aren’t getting enough.

🦴 Niggles that never clear up?
Connective tissue repairs slowly, and it needs specific nutrients to do it. Tissue healing stalls without the right inputs It's not just a question of wear and tear.

💪 Getting outmuscled by smaller training partners?
Strength-to-weight ratio plays a big part in grappling. We want to build and maintain lean mass, and keep fat mass in check. Nutrition and srength training complement each other here.

😴 Wrecked three days later?
Soreness that lingers often means that metabolic repair processes are running short on something. Macros, micros, or perhaps low sleep quality. Recovery requires nutrients, not just rest.

🛡️ Always picking something up?
Skin infections and constant colds aren't just bad luck. Repeated use of antibiotics is not a good long-term solution. Immune function depends on nutrients that many of us are running low in. Hard training depletes these critical nutrient stores even faster.

⚖️ Nothing left after the weigh-in?
A last-minute wight cut costs you dearly. Staying lean out of competition is the key to making weight without the stress.

🧬 Still want to be rolling at sixty?
The people still rolling in older age aren't lucky. They've protected their muscle mass, bone density and joint health, and nutrition does more of that work than most people realise.
