Who You’ll Be Working With

I'm Ben — the person behind Eat Ancestral.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise) and I've spent over a decade in this field — first as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, now as a nutrition and health strategist.

I study what actually makes humans healthy — not what food and pharma companies want you to believe.

I'm not here to diagnose or treat. I'm here to educate and strategise — to help you understand what your body actually needs, and give you a proven framework to provide it.

What happens on the calls?
The first session (60 minutes) is where we assess your nutrition, lifestyle, and goals. I'll gather what I need to build your protocol. The second session (30 minutes) is where we walk through your recommendations and make sure you're set up to move forward.

I'm on medication. Is this still relevant?
Yes. I don't provide medical advice — that's your doctor's domain. My focus is on nutrition and lifestyle foundations. Any changes to medication should always go through your healthcare provider.

What if I've already tried everything?
Most people have tried plenty — but often in the wrong order, or based on flawed advice. This gives you a different framework, grounded in how humans actually evolved to eat and live.

Is this a sales call?
No. It's a real consultation. You'll get genuine value whether you work with me further or not. If you want to go deeper afterward, I'll explain the options — but there's no pressure.
