Who You’ll Be Working With

I'm Ben — the person behind Eat Ancestral.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise) and I've spent over a decade in this field — first as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, now as a nutrition and health strategist.

My approach is heavily informed by the work of Ray Peat, alongside Weston A. Price, and other researchers who actually studied what makes humans healthy — rather than what makes food and pharma companies profitable.

I don't prescribe or diagnose — I educate and strategise. My job is to help you understand what's actually driving your symptoms, and give you a proven framework to address it.

What happens on the calls?
The first session (60 minutes) is where we assess your nutrition, lifestyle, and goals. I'll gather what I need to build your protocol. The second session (30 minutes) is where we walk through your recommendations and make sure you're set up to move forward.

I'm new to pro-metabolic nutrition. Is this right for me?
Absolutely. You don't need to have read anything beforehand. If conventional advice hasn't worked for you and you want an approach that supports your metabolism rather than suppressing it, this consultation will give you a clear starting point.

How familiar are you with Ray Peat's work?
Very. His research on thyroid physiology, the metabolic effects of PUFA, the protective role of progesterone, and bioenergetic principles has fundamentally shaped my approach. That said, I don't follow any single researcher dogmatically — I integrate insights from Peat, Price, and others into a practical, personalised framework.

I've been doing pro-metabolic for a while but I'm still not feeling great. Can you help?
That's exactly who this is for. The principles are sound but applying them to your individual biology takes more than reading articles. Do you recommend supplements?

No. Most consultations happen via video call. I work with clients worldwide.
